Election Corrpution In Michiagan
August 14, 2014
by Victims of Judge Gardner
In 2006 Brian Downs ran for Kent County Judge against Judge Daniel Zemaitis. In 2012 Brian ran against Judge Patricia Gardner and Judge Patrick Hillary of Kent county. This year (2014) Brian Downs ran for the 73rd House of Representatives because of Judge Daniel Zemaitis.
Brian has been in a family court battle for years. Judge Zemaitis was on Brian's case even though it is a conflict of interest. Judge Zemaitis has revoked Brian's law license. Judge Patricia Gardner jailed Brian in 2014 just before election. Since Brian could not run against a Kent County judge, he then ran for the 73rd House Of Representatives.
County elections administrator Carolyn Toliver removed more than 100 good petition signatures to attempt to prevent the mayoral recall election organized by Benton Harbor and Benton Township residents.
County clerk Sharon Tyler filed a lawsuit against herself in order to prevent the recall election. Whirlpool most likely directed her to take this action, probably a first in US election history. Whirlpool was desperate because their man Hightower was losing by a large margin in the absentee ballots. (Those were sent out before the powers-that-be called off the election.)
The Benton Harbor mayoral recall election will now be held on Nov. 4, 2014. The order was issued Tuesday, August 12 by Judge John Dewane after the Aug. 7 civil trial.
The decision to schedule the election hinged on Judge DeWane's decision that the practice of the Berrien County Clerk's office to disqualify both signatures, if a person signed a recall petition twice, violates First Amendment free speech rights.
This is a tremendous victory for people all around the country, with all the corruption not just in Benton Harbor.
A Berrien County Judge ruled the Benton Harbor recall election can be held. This is a major victory for the people against fascist county and city governments, directed by the Whirlpool Corporation.

JUDGE DANIEL ZEMAITIS ADMITS CULPABILITY OF THE KENT COUNTY COURT
Posted July 31, 2014
by Victims of Judge Gardner
Deanna
Kloostra is a victim of the 17th
Circuit Court in Kent County, Grand Rapids, Michigan. Her children have been
concealed from her for over six years. Deanna’s original Judge who concealed
her children from her was Judge Patricia Gardner. When Gardner took herself off
the case, Judge Daniel Zemaitis became the presiding judge over the case.
In 2013 Deanna started receiving a statement from
the court stating she owes $277.50 from a bill in 2004. Deanna had no clue what
the bill was for and wrote a letter requesting more information. The former
judge on Deanna’s case, Gardner, ordered Deanna to appear in court. The Kent
County Finance employee and manager could not answer Deanna’s questions and
became rude when Deanna requested a public defender. Deanna had to go to court
three times because the people running the court are not efficient. Judge
Daniel Zemaitis stated on the record that the court had some blame in the
situation. Judge Zemaitis stated on the record, “I admit we have some culpability
here!” Deanna filed a motion for August
1, 2014 to be paid $2,200 for her time and having to represent herself against
a court that is robo-siginig documents and running inefficiently. Deanna
states, “I have been in this system for 15 years and these people are not
following the law and doing as they please. I have had enough of the
incompetence of the system the does not work. I am giving Judge Zemaitis a
chance to make things right with this error of the court and to save the people
money.” Deanna is willing to take the situation to the Michigan
Court of Claims.
When Deanna filed her motion on Wednesday July 23,
she was in court that day, but this time in the 61 District Court for a traffic
ticket. Deanna states, “It was amazing, I just filed a motion for the
incompetence of the 17th Circuit Court, and walk into the
incompetence of the 61st District Court.” Originally the Grand
Rapids police officer, Walter Tett, did not appear for the informal hearing
regarding a traffic ticket. Deanna was summons back into court for a formal
hearing. Deanna states, “It was amazing when Judge Donald Passenger asked the
Grand Rapids City Prosecutor, Michael Tomich if I should get an informal
hearing since the police officer did not show up for the informal hearing the
first time. Attorney Tomich just shrugged his shoulders and stated he did not
know. The city is paying for an attorney who has no clue how the law even works
and the judge was not sure himself.”
If Deanna has to take her cases to the Michigan
Court of Claims, this could cost the tax payers a lot of money.
